Surface preparation:
We move your small furniture out of the way and we protect all items that can’t be moved as well as your base board.
Pre-conditioning:
a highly concentrated pre-heated proffesional strength cleaning solution is applied to your floor and allowed time to dwell. and we work the cleaner deep into the pores of your tile and grout with a special brush to ensure that dirt, grease and grime are completely emulsified and loose.
Deep Cleaning:
After the solution has had enough time to dwell, the real deal begins! We use a very high pressure rotary tool driven by our powerful truck mounted vacuum system that removes and absorbs even the deepest embedded dirt from your tile and grout making it look brand new again!
Drying and sealing:
After your tile has been cleaned and your entire floor has been mopped to remove excess of moisture, it’s time to apply tile sealer. We use a professional grade penetrating sealer that creates an invisible barrier that allows you longer time to wipe clean dirt or spills before they penetrate deep into your tile grout again. The brand new look of your tile floors last longer and remain durable.
Buffing:
After the sealer has penetrated into the grout and we have performed the final test and ensured complete coverage, we remove the excess of sealer by buffing the floor with a low speed rotary machine bringing the floor to a glossy finish (pending on the type of tile).
