Our 12 Step Method:

Step 1: Pre-inspection: Every great carpet cleaning starts with a proper pre-inspection. We will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction, and soiling conditions. We will also advise you of any possible permanent staining.

Step 2: Pre-Vacuum: Your carpet will be pre-vacuumed with a HEPA vacuum to remove bonded dry soils. This is in addition to the powerful vacuuming that takes place throughout the entire cleaning process.

Step 3: Furniture Moving: Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces such as; beds, dressers, entertainment centers, china cabinets and other liability prone items are left in place under our regular pricing structure. Furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs as needed.

Step 4: Sanitizing: A natural sanitizer approved for it’s use in hospitals is then sprayed on to your carpets and allowed for dwell time to ensure that all possible bacteria or fungus created by spills of natural juices, food and any other organic matter is completely eliminated.

Step 5: Pre-conditioning and Pre-Spoting: Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated by hand (if needed) for more effective soil and spot removal.

Step 6: Agitation: Your carpet will be agitated back and forth left to right  with a carpet groomer to further loosen traffic area soiling and make sure that the pre-heated pre-sprayed emulsifier penetrates deep into you carpet piles.

Step 7: Extract And Rinse: Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction process will thoroughly rinse the carpet pile. Using a high-temperature powered extraction system and by misting a natural Ph balancing odorless and soap less rinsing carpet cleaning solution, we extract the dirt from deep into your carpet leaving it as clean as it could get with no unwanted chemical odors and sticky residues that other non-natural solutions used by competitors may leave.

Step 8: Additional Rinsing: (offered in the allergy package only) Although our  natural solutions don’t leave residues, After your carpet has been thoroughly cleaned, an additional rinse with a hypoallergenic Ph neutral water is applied to maximize protection for those who suffer from allergies or have skin sensitivity.(This step is often overseen by most carpet cleaners)

Step 9: carpet Protector Applied: (optional but recommended) Carpets protected with DuPont’s Teflon last longer, clean up easier and stay clean longer. Ask us for a free demontration and see the difference.

Step 10: Speed Dry: High velocity air movers will be placed in the room while we are working to speed dry the carpet.

Step 11: Post Grooming: The carpet pile is set in up position for faster drying and a better visual appeal when DuPont’s Teflon has been applied.

Step 12 Post Inspection: After we have finished and we are ready to leave, we ask you to please walk.
